When asked to help sustainable toothbrush brand SURI with their insurance, the team was keen to get started. Following significant growth, with more on the horizon, they needed to move quickly to ensure the business had the flexibility to grow, safe in the knowledge their insurance could cope.

After a meeting with SURI to understand their objectives, a thorough review of existing insurance arrangements was undertaken to establish where the new base level needed to be. It was immediately apparent that things needed to change quickly. A full range of policies was put in place, with higher limits and wider jurisdictions to cover SURI's future growth plans. During the process, several essential clauses in their insurance contracts were negotiated, enabling SURI to partner with a leading US distributor.
