REALLY HONEST are delighted to announce the arrival of Andy Shovel, who joins our advisory board as a Non-Exec Director. Andy joins us after serving as Co-Founder and CEO of plant meat powerhouse, THIS.

Andy joins REALLY HONEST at a key stage in our growth and will play a pivotal role in the next stages of our innovation plans. We are already hard at work on delivering something truly groundbreaking, which will be disclosed later this year.

Andy Shovel is the co-founder & co-CEO of THIS™️, one of the UK's fastest growing food brands, which makes hyper realistic plant-based meat alternatives. THIS grew annual sales from £0 to £20m+ in 4.5 years. As well as having been co-Founder and co-CEO, he oversees the creative function at THIS™️.

He has always been passionate about entrepreneurship, setting up his first business in recruitment at the age of 21, before going on to founding, running, and then exiting a successful burger business, Chosen Bun. He left meat behind many years ago though, and is now a passionate animal advocate.
